The two-floor building is made up of 25 single-bedroom apartments with 2 accessible units on the ground floor. Each unit has a kitchenette with a fridge and hot plate and a private bathroom.
The building is owned by New Dawn (who acts as the landlord). The Ally Centre of Cape Breton operates and staffs the building, providing wrap around support for residents.
